1. Services

Car Wash Two Brothers provides car washing and detailing services in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition.

2. Appointments & Automated Self Booking

Car Wash Two Brothers offers automated client self booking, quoting, invoicing, and payment processing powered by our technology partner, Maid Business Manager (MBM). By using our online systems, you agree to provide accurate information including your name, contact details, and vehicle information. Quotes provided through MBM are subject to final confirmation. Invoices and payments are processed securely through MBM. Appointments booked through the self-booking system are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer payments.

4. Liability

While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Car Wash Two Brothers is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left inside vehicles during service.
